Eating a lot of sugar lately. We bought ice cream. I have also been having sandwiches. Not doing well with sticking to low-carb.

Schlotzskys is my anti diet
So I had bread...lotz of bread...hehe... I am in love with the turkey org. We are on vacation. That is why we are at schlotzskys. I also had part of a cinnabun...but DH ordered it 'to split' At least I didn't eat half of it...more like a fourth. Dieting is difficult when traveling.

Beginning...
Ok, so I have struggled with weight most of my life. I thought I needed to drop a few pounds ever since high school. I was not happy with my weight at 135-140 in High School and early college because I wasn't as thin as my sister, finally began to accept myself at 145-150 and was happy with my body for the first time after college. I realized I don't have to look like my sister to be considered pretty. Then lately I have gained too much weight and hate the way I look. This may be my only blog post, and my weight may not ever improve, as I have trouble sticking to one thing. As my husband asked the other night "Which diet are you on this week?" I have flirted with the Paleo diet, Weight Watchers, low carb, low cal, cheaters diet, and whatever else I could get a free app for my phone to try. Currently I am trying Noom again. Not too sure about it, because I don't like the way it does calories. But the exercise reminders are nice. I started the blog, because maybe if I put down what I am thinking, what causes me to 'cheat' I can start to avoid temptation, or something. *shrugs* Wish me luck.
